A bundle of five balloons made into a hairclip. Balloons are adorned with a gingham bow and a coordinating felt heart.
The balloons are secured to a teethed alligator clip. Ribbon and star color are chosen at random. If you have a preference, please include it in the comments and I will do my best to accommodate.
